About the role:
We are looking for a Production Artist, with a sharp eye, intelligent design skills, a broad knowledge of all aspects of production and a sense of humor. Your role is to support the Creative Team in delivering first class digital marketing and content communications materials for our top tech clients in the global B2B market.
Work will involve a mixture of advertising, design concepts, creation of social media assets, rich media advertising, email, also animation, interactive online design and info-graphic design. And it will include more traditional design, layout and typographical work.
You will be covering digital, print, OOH and experiential campaigns—versioning & revising layouts, building asset libraries, and preparing files to be shared globally.
What you’ll do:
Work daily with the Project Manager or Account Team to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met within budget.
Gate-keep and QA the release of creative assets.
Geek out on spec sheets.
Govern adherence to brand guidelines.
Build layout templates and libraries in Figma, InDesign, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
Proactively define and assemble templates for all necessary content assets with the creative staff.
Collaborate with other creative staff to share learning and experience and to establish initiatives that will improve our creative product.
Produce pixel-perfect re-sizes, apply proofing edits, and build out versions of existing artwork.
Build and maintain the client supplied asset libraries.
Establish almost OCD-level file naming conventions and folder hierarchies.
Move fluidly in a Mac OS environment, between applications in Adobe Creative Cloud as well as Microsoft Office 360.
Consistently work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple, complex, time-sensitive creative-asset deliverables.
Ensure best practices are applied across account responsibilities.
Keep management in the loop and effectively escalates roadblocks.
Contribute to overall office morale, spirit, character and work quality.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience in digital production in an agency setting
Drive to work independently with a collaborative demeanor
A deep understanding of typography, color spaces, and page layout design
A thirst for ownership of quality control
Demonstrated experience versioning creative assets
Governance over naming conventions, style sheets, and asset libraries
Ability to follow brand and process guidelines
Current knowledge of online technologies, standards and methodologies
An excellent portfolio that showcases a variety of hard and soft skills
Experience using Wrike and Sharepoint to manage a busy workflow
Presentation building skills in PowerPoint
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
