Location: This is a hybrid role open to candidates based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY (going into the office 2x/week).

Job requirements
What you'll do:
- End-to-end management of client SEM campaigns
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for the assigned clients
- Ensure campaigns utilize Search best practices and continually strive to test, innovate and expand
- Analyze performance data and provide interpretation and action plans based on conclusions
- Manage campaign spend, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
- Optimize copy and provide landing page recommendation for campaigns
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, review search term reports and expand on longtail keyword groups while identifying negative keywords.
- Deliver detailed and actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive business performance
- Monitor competitive landscape and understand and communicate campaign impact
- Stay current on industry trends, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts and enhance our overall practice.
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years of experience in SEM.
- 3+ years of specific B2B marketing experience in paid search.
- 1+ years of experience in team management with at least 1 direct report.
- Proven ability to bring strategic thought leadership to your work.
- Experience working in paid social as well is a plus.
- Experience communicating and working directly with clients, able to present data and new ideas.
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing).
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
- Experience with bid management tools (SA360, Kenshoo, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
- Strong communicator – verbal and written.
- Expert level understanding of Excel functions (ie. Vlook-up, pivot table, chart building) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to proactively solve problems, improve processes, create efficiencies and contribute to POVs and team thought leadership.
- Experience with website analytics tools is a strong plus (e.g, Google Analytics).
- Experience with B2B marketing is a strong plus.
Salary range for this position is: $110,000 - $145,000 DOE & professional certifications.
