About the team

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and strategic Senior Account Manager to join the team, working on 1-2 complex and fulfilling Technology brands (B2B). The team culture is fast-paced yet fun and engaging – we value close collaboration and openness to ensure we can meet our collective goals in an enjoyable work environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our clients and their marketing goals. This includes developing an excellent understanding of their team, business structure and their MarTech stack.
  • Offer strategic points of view on relevant industry topics to support client decisions.
  • Lead a small team, responsible for team standards, outputs and individual progression (with HOD support). Including advising and training junior team members.
  • Work collaboratively with direct reports, external vendors and specialist teams to develop strategic media responses to client briefs. Oversee media programs from brief to wrap up, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all work.
  • Support the team lead with revenue recognition and client forecasting. Impeccable financial acumen and accuracy is essential to the role.
  • Own client work and client comms, including arranging and facilitating client calls, meetings and reviews as appropriate.
  • Set high standards across all individual and team outputs to inspire client confidence and trust.



Job requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong history in a client-facing, media planning role, successfully executing campaigns across social, programmatic, search, display and video – in collaboration with specialist teams.
  • Self-starter and self-thinker. Confident bringing new ideas and ways of working to the table to improve efficiency and workflows.
  • Natural leader. Leading client discussions and owning client projects from start to finish. This extends to leading relationships and collaboration with external vendors and publishers.
  • Enthusiastic mentor. Able to line manage at least 1 direct report; fostering progression and work satisfaction.
  • Clear thinker. Able to problem solve and independently ensure the team meet client deadlines and expectations.
  • Set standards. Undeniably detail-orientated with a desire to deliver excellence across all individual and team outputs. Including quality checking junior members’ work.
  • Technical expertise. Working knowledge of trafficking tools (CM360) plus day-to-day fundamentals of the paid social and search platforms.
